"The bartender was very rude. He was talking about me to receptionist in Italian not realizing I understand Italian. I made a comment that I understood what he said and he didn't care."

"Room was spacious and clean! Staff were so nice! Breakfast was super yummy! Restaurant that they had on-site had amazing food!"

"The pool is only open seasonally (how would you ever know when?). The bathroom is just weird; it was difficult not to spray the floor at the sink or shower. There were several maintenance issues. Restaurant and bar were nice. I expected more given the hotel rating. Next time, I’ll stay closer to the city and spend ten euros to get to MXP"
