Great spot to stay if you're planning a trip to Vancouver, as it's ~15 minutes from most spots. It's a basement suite with a private entrance. The kitchen has everything you could need, and there are clear instructions posted. We were unfamiliar with separating the trash and were a little confused but figured it out. No shoes inside, there are slippers available. It's nice and private with good sound insulation. Street parking was iffy to find and we had to park a block away one time. Overall highly recommend, it's very clean and the location felt very safe.
