Great View Great Location Great Host

My wife and I basically chose this place because of the proximity to Roger's Arena, where we were attending a hockey game during our long weekend in Vancouver. This place was awesome; great view, great location, great accommodations and a great host. Helene met our every request even supplying a larger parking space for the truck. We highly recommend staying here and will stay the next time we are in Vancouver.

Great trip

Nice property with lots of restaurants plus proximity to the seawall and Skytrain. Only real downside was some of the area hasn't been redeveloped but this can be mostly avoided if you know which streets to avoid.

Great location!

Great location! Neat, clean and modern as advertised. Easy check-in and out process. Across from Rogers Arena and walking distance to Gastown. Great for short stays. Only recommendation would be to add room darkening shades in the bedrooms. Love it and would rent again!

Great stay

This place was perfect for our trip to Vancouver. We were close to the skytrain station, arena, stadium, shopping areas, movie theater, and a plethora of food options. There are also 2 grocery stores and a liquor store close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 and the stocked kitchen and in-suite laundry machines really helped us save some money. The building is also nice and easy to access. Best part of this booking was the owner. She was very responsive and provided easy to follow instructions for everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Friends Getaway in Vancouver with a View!

We thought this lovely condo was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a short vacay with friends with a view! It's close to Rogers Arena, the ferry launch, and China town. It was also fairly easy to get taxis in front of the complex. Thanks Hellena for all of your hospitality, always very quick to respond!

Not so good area

We loved the unit. However, the area was dirty and lots of homeless on the streets near by. Several businesses told us to be careful and avoid walking near Hastings. We felt unsafe as we walked by homeless crack addicts. Not the best area of Vancouver. I wish I had more information on this area before I booked.

Lovely Condo

I definitely recommend this condo. Not only is it beautiful, it is extremely convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance. The grocery store, liquor store, drug store, Starbucks, and SkyTrain are all a two minute walk away. You don't even need a car if you only plan on visiting the Vancouver area. Everything in the apartment was clean and new. The shower head in the master bath was just amazing! Tom was quick to respond to any questions I had via text. All four of us were extremely happy with our stay.

Vancouver trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is beautifully appointed and is exactly as pictured. Location was convenient for us and the various places we visited within the city, such as Granville Island, Gastown, Chinatown, etc. We did decide last minute to go to Whistler and would highly recommend doing that.Some issues: We were told to contact Branden if we need to store our luggage when we arrived but he never responded to my calls. However, the man at the luggage storage place was very helpful and facilitated that for us. We had some difficulty getting into the building using the intercom system, but it was much easier once we started using the fob. We were informed just before we arrived that the dishwasher was broken and being replaced after our visit. So we decided to eat out all of our meals. We did utilize the microwave and coffeemaker which functioned well. We washed our clothes while there, so we were appreciative of the washer/dryer in the unit. City noise was louder than expected, so be prepared if you're a light sleeper. We used the fan at night and it worked as a great white noise machine. I slept very well on the comfortable mattress as well.Our host was very responsive. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed drinking wine at night and looking out at the city views. We had a fun trip!

Loved it!

We had a glorious 3 night stay at this well-appointed condo. The condo had all of the amenities of a first class hotel yet the feel of a home. Contemporary, chic décor, balcony was great for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Ideal for 4 people, but we used the cot in the living room for our teenager and she liked sleeping there. great view. convenient location right near a subway stop and in gastown area. don't miss the saltwater pool and whirlpool. You'll want to be sure to connect with your contact person about your arrival time as you will be met onsite and shown to your parking spot, tour of the condo and facilities. My daughter loved the sushi and Sushi Den right downstairs and we had a lovely dinner at Water Street Café. Enjoy!

Truely a great location!

After reading all the reviews it’s pretty much as everyone mentioned in their reviews. I do love how secure the place is. The master bedroom is pretty spacious. It has pretty much everything you needed. It’s so convenient with train station is just around the corner, coffee shops, supermarket, drug stores, theater are all few steps away. It’s also a great place for people who love sports or attending concerts, those are just across the street! It’s also super close to Chinatown and hop-on-hop-off bus stops. I love the view too, you can see the harbor center tower, mountains and sunrise through your windows. I wished I knew to do my recycle more accordingly. I went down to the garbage room and saw they were separating all types of garbage very throughly, it was awesome! The nephew of the owner was also very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to work a smart TV. I will stay here again if I’m in town.

We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. The location was great. The luggage storage nearby was a nice option. There are so many restaurants to choose from, including a few at ground level of the building. The unit was as described and comfortable. The trip to the port was quick.

We were very comfortable in this condo which is very clean, well-organized, and well-located for sightseeing. It comes with an underground parking space which is a little complex to find the first time but was very helpful for our rental car.

So helpful!

What an easy transition from our arrival to our departure! The manager was always available for questions and suggestions. Check-in and check out was especially easy compared to other VRBO experiences. The apartment location was convenient to all the main attractions we came to see. Public transportation is right outside the building and many shops, grocery stores and restaurants are within an easy walk.

Beautiful condo w plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings. Views were amazing! Even on a rainy day. Great location to walk to shopping and dining w lots to choose from. Hellena was spot on w communication for checking in and out and for navigating the parking garage and building. This will be our go to when we visit Vancouver again.

A little short of perfect

Overall it was good, but there are a lot of small things that I wish they would fix, change, or update. IfI had to put a number on whether I'd come back, it'd be 70%. - The microwave was missing, which was a big let down. I feel like this should be in the description - the sofa's faux leather is worn and flaky. It got all over my plants - it's be nice if they can figure out an easier check in and check out process especially regarding picking up and leaving the key fobs. This was the biggest pain the a$$. - It'd be nice if they can update the check in manual they give with the updated pictures of the key fobs, and also explain which button opens which garage door. - note that the garage door fob is also a fob for the elevators and the main entrance. My wife and I couldn't move separately because we didn't know this. - the parking space was fairly tight for my SUV, so you'll most likely have to have everyone get out of the car first then park the car. - there are a lot of glass furniture, so be aware if you have kids. There are a lot of breakable things in general - It's literally right next to Costco and a subway station. Also within walking distance of science museum for kids, which is by far the biggest one I've been to - The ventilation in one of the bathroom is super loud - The swimming pool was pretty nice. There are other amenities, such as kids' play room that is not listed in VRBO. The play room is suitable for kids under 6 years old, I'd say.
