Lovely unit, clean and modern with a bonus balcony to sit outside on. Hosts were very good communicators and gave a great welcome. The only reason not for 5 was that it would have been great to have more coffee pods and a small carton of milk and some sugar, also unfortunately there was a bit of early morning noise, not the fault of the hosts though.

Nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Hosts Blake and Linda were very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with by the Vrbo app. Would definitely stay there again, the rooms and bathroom were a good size and the kitchen very well equipped.

We were quite impressed staying in a laneway house. It's under 50sqm but well laid out. High ceilings, large shower and the balcony is a nice touch. The temps were only in the high teens but noticed there were AC units in the central area and bedroom. The neighbourhood is peaceful and perfectly located. Ample on-street parking . The VRBO matched the photos exactly - spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped and filled with little touches that made it feel like home.We would love to stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations!!Thank you for hosting us from Ontario. This band new upper unit was everything you could ask for. Located on a quiet street across from a beautiful park in Burnaby. Huge balcony/ patio, private entrance, two spacious bedrooms, walk in shower, living room with access to all your favourite apps, kitchen with all the comforts from home and washer/ dryer made out stay a memorable one. 10-15 walk to Edmonds skytrain station, or 15-20 min walk to Metrotown made our stay so enjoyable.Highly recommend considering this gem when you visit VanCity!!Thanks you for making our visit so memorable.

We do not recommend this place. There is an elderly, sick person living downstairs, and unfortunately, the sound insulation in the house is not good. We could hear every cough and every sound from downstairs throughout the night. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms also makes a loud noise, so we couldn’t use it. The floors were very dirty, and we had to buy slippers for ourselves. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were also empty. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. At this price point, you can find much better places to stay in Burnaby.

Très bel. Appartement. Très propre . Nous étions 4 adultes et avons apprécié les chambres. Les lits étaient très confortables. La cuisine bien équipée. Nous recommandons cet emplacement pour visiter la ville de Vancouver
