  • Private, quiet basement suite in our newer home with separate entrance, fast fibre WiFi, and free parking.
    Ideal for couples, friends, or small families, the self-contained space includes a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and clean, modern bathroom. While part of a shared home, you’ll have privacy and come and go easily.
    Located on a peaceful street, it’s perfect for relaxing or working remotely. We live upstairs and are available if needed, but you can enjoy a quiet, undisturbed stay.
