  • Welcome to our spacious private suite. Conveniently situated near VanDusen Botanical Garden and Oakridge, the home offers easy access to parks, transit, and downtown Vancouver.

    The suite features two bedrooms with three comfortable king-size beds, two full bathrooms , kitchen, in-suite laundry, and living area with a TV and pool table for entertainment.

    This is a fully private space on the first floor. Free street parking is available nearby throughout your stay.

    • 2-minute walk to the 010 bus stop with direct service to Downtown Vancouver and Marine Drive SkyTrain Station.

    • 5-minute walk to the R4 RapidBus and 041 bus with direct access to UBC and Metrotown (Burnaby).

Excellent bathrooms, nice living area

AC wasn't working and there were a few things missing like face cloths, but the bathrooms had bidets and a sauna. Stairs to basement in the back of the building. Nice neighborhood but not near anything interesting. Used Uber/Lyft to get around. It was very cheap, much better than a rental car. Never waited more than 5 minutes. No dishwasher. Combination of high quality appliances missing small amenities. Enjoyed the pool table.
