This brand new, designer-built, centrally-located home is nestled in a beautiful, family-friendly neighbourhood walking distance away from VGH and Cambie Street and a quick drive from Yaletown and Downtown. Steps away from Heather Park and Douglas Park, it's in a safe, walkable area perfect for families and professionals.

Everything in the house is brand new (purchased fall 2023), from the appliances to the furniture to the linens. Relax and watch Netflix on a 65" tv. Cook in a fully stocked kitchen and dine on premium dinnerware.

Blackout blinds in the bedroom are thoughtfully installed for professionals who do shift work, such as medical residents.

We had a truly superb stay at this VRBO, and we particularly appreciated that the laneway house is standalone, meaning we didn't have to navigate elevators. The property was very clean and felt brand new, with nice fixtures and a thoughtful design, including skylights that brought in an abundance of natural light, which is especially valuable in Vancouver's gray winters. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood was very quiet and family-friendly, with tree-lined streets and festive decorations during the holiday season. We also appreciated that there are two big parks nearby. The provided parking spot for a small car was also a bonus.

STOP SCROLLING!! This is it!

My fella and I needed a place to stay close to Vancouver General Hospital for a six week medical stay. I had a list of needs and wants when I began looking for accommodation. After several hours looking I found this one and was genuinely perfect! Being brand new means this tiny little gem is spotless! The lay out has been well thought out with two full bathrooms and a loft style bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and the amenities are top shelf. (I design kitchens for a living so this is huge in my opinion) The finishes are far above average making this place a classy place to call home however long your stay will be. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet for its super close proximity to VGH. I timed the walk 8 minutes! The hosts Jenny & Damon made our stay more than comfortable and honestly we couldn't have had a better stay. You will notice the rates may be higher than some others but I can assure you it's more than worth it. It simply doesn't get better than this. We are so grateful we found this home away from home and will always pick this one first to stay when we return. Thank you so much to you both!! We look forward to returning! Lara & James.
