Fantastic Location

Overall everything about the rental was fantastic. Great location, very safe, clean, spacious and very comfy. There is nothing I would change in the entire process. Clear communication from the start and a nice " hope your first night was great from, Omar" 10/10 for sure.

Great Apartment

We have a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very central and we walked around a lot to get to most places. The apartment was very comfortable and loved the little things like water bottles and chocolates that were left out for us.

Wonderful place to stay!

Great location within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Yaletown as well as False Creek. Very clean and well-appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. I've stayed at other similar locations in the vicinity, and I was pleasantly surprised that this was quieter than most despite being located next to the Granville offramp. I prefer a slightly firmer mattress and the bed was comfortable. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet, Cozy, Clean and Charming

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed a week at this property. The photos and description of this property are totally accurate. There is every convenience you need in the neighborhood and you are away from crowds, but close enough to walk everywhere you want to go downtown. We loved it again this year.

Perfect Apartment

We loved staying in this cute apartment in Yaletown. Everything was clean and even the pull-out sofa bed was comfortable. It was a convenient home base for exploring downtown and the surrounding area. My kids also loved the nearby Emery Barnes Park. Thanks for helping to make our trip to Vancouver such a great experience!

Great location in Vancouver

Small but clean and modern apartment in Vancouver. Very close to Granville Public Market (vis aquabus) and Yaletown restaurants. Short bike ride or moderate walk to Gastown and Stanley Park. Owner was easy to reach and responsive when checking in. Would return.

Exactly as advertised. Condo was quiet. Comfortable bed; kitchen had everythig we needed. Close to downtown. Owner Omar was easy to reach and very accessible. Would definately stay here again.

Cute Condo in Ideal Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and from this base walked all over downtown Vancouver. Although the streaming options were extensive and generous I missed being able to access Canadian sports outlets TSN and Sportsnet. Also found the cleaning fee high relative to what other renters charged.

Perfect location for our stay

This apartment was located perfectly for us to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go in downtown Vancouver and within a short (8 min) walk to the skytrain. The unit is comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen area is small, but we didn’t need to do much cooking so it was perfect for us. I would give even more than 5 stars to the attentiveness of the owner. He was very quick to answer a couple of questions and checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. I appreciate good communication and Omar was stellar! When visiting Vancouver again I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in Vancouver

Had a great time and found the host really easy to deal with. Key collection black away and was very straightforward - it’s an automated locker so you don’t have to interact with anyone. It would be useful to have a property manual or guide to look at ahead of time but the host was very good with timely messages on what to do. I didn’t have phone signal as I was travelling internationally so something offline / downloadable would have been better. Packaging garage was fine with easy to use instructions.

A few days in the city...

Stayed at this property during a quick trip over from Vancouver Island. As a former long time Vancouver resident, I know the city well and was thrilled to find a place in the Yaletown area close to where I used to live. This property did not disappoint. Actually, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed through the VRBO platform - clean, perfectly located, well appointed with a super responsive owner, this place is a "can't miss" if you're visiting Vancouver. To me, it's always the little things that make a difference and there wasn't a single thing that we could have asked for that wasn't already provided on site. Thanks Omar for a great stay! We'll definitely be back.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung für einen Besuch in Vancouver sehr empfehlen. Der Skytrain ist nicht weit entfernt und man kann Downtown Vancouver und den Stanley Park gut zu Fuß erreichen. Nahe der Wohnung kann man sich sehr gut in einem Fresh Market versorgen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut aussgetattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Konversation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns gut umsorgt und sehr wohl.

Convention Trip to Vancouver

We (2 adult females) stayed at Omar's condo and the description and pictures were accurate. Lovely place and great location as our events were at the Convention Center and the BC Stadium. Not a difficult walk to either but we cheated several times and did Uber. Walked to Granville Island water taxi, walked to grocery store and many restaurants as well. Very close to a park and good waterfront walking. Great shopping on Burrard Street. Lovely stay

Lovely little apartment with full kitchen and enough space for two. It was neat and clean and well located, particularly if you're interested in Granville Island and Yaletown with a 20 minute walk to Canada Place where you'll find shuttles to Sea-to-Sky, Capilano and other touristy destinations. I appreciated the Nespresso machine, umbrellas (much needed) and hair dryer. It was also nice to have a washer / dryer in the unit.

Omar was great host and was responsive with our inquiries and his place was very clean and accurate to the photos and description. We were walking distance to many places and also walked to waterfront which was approx. 30 mins.
