Bright, comfortable, modern accommodations in an upscale neighbourhood within walking distance to downtown attractions. Much more reasonably priced than hotels in the same area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, although more central than the ad said. The apartment was not clean, toilet and entire bathroom was dirty, pink mold around sink and shower. Walls of bathroom were dirty. Bedroom was okay. Host tried to put a $20 charge before we even checked out for a tip for the cleaner, this was never mentioned before, nor does the place look like it’s been cleaned in a while.

The place was as pictured and the location had easy access to the city by foot or by skytrain. As we were there right before FIFA 2026 the road was shut down (not the properties fault just a heads up for people staying during that time).Would be easier with a FOB for the building but the buzzer did work when we needed to use it.Overall our experience during the last part of our stay was great and Paran was easy to communicate with and got back to us in a timely manner.

Owner took down the details of the listing after the booking was completed, wouldn't answer questions with specificity about the property after this was noticed, and then changed the address to a completely different building the day before check-in. Owner blatantly misrepresented this property.

first of all they completely misled us avocating the unit is close the the harbour. they provided the address after my booking and until the last day before we checked in, they gave us a completely different address that is further. they did not practively shared in the check in process/details until i had to reach out them. then the unit is not clean. the bed is so bad and we saw hair on the pillow and clearly they did not do the cleaning properly. what's worse they requested me to pay tip for their clearner through expedia. that's ridiculous.

A great location and nice building! No parking with the apartment, have to pay daily/hourly in the public parkade. No key phob which makes it a bit different to get into the building as you have to call the host on the entry panel every time to enter, rather than a phob and if you have to wait any amount of time for the elevator you have to redial at the entrance pad. Overall it’s a great location and nice unit but added extra cost daily/nightly for parking and definitely odd with the no key pad but overall a good stay! Clean and safe building/area Host was responsible and friendly

Title: Extremely Misleading Listing - Do Not Book!I booked this property for my trip to Vancouver, but it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The actual address provided by the host did not match the booking confirmation at all. This major discrepancy caused massive inconvenience and completely disrupted my travel plans. Providing entirely inaccurate location details is unacceptable. Avoid this host and listing at all costs to protect your trip!

This property was OK, it was essentially the distance from the Cruise port as stated in Expedia. My main concern with this property, I had messaged a day before asking if we could check in earlier and I had gotten zero response. When we got there, we tried to check in and he informed us that there was no early approval granted and that we would have to pay an extra $75 if we wanted to check in two hours early. I agreed as we had nowhere else to go with our luggage coming from the US to go on a cruise the next day. Then the next day after we checked out and this apartment was not the most clean to begin with .. baseboards were filthy, there was a long hair in the shower and honestly fruit flies in the kitchen. Not sure from what since we didn’t have any food in there. And while I agree that these are all things that can happen and just a matter of typical dirt and grime from time, the host then sent me a $20 request to tip the cleaning folks. Which I have not paid and will not be paying as I would expect that all fees for tipping etc., should be included in the fees for the rental itself not to mention the extra $75 I was asked to pay just to be able to put my luggage somewhere two hours early. As an owner of the rental property, they are obviously able to do whatever they please, but I was not impressed nor would I ever rent from this person again. I just don’t feel like it was a very customer friendly experience.

The guys sent me a message not to check in with the desk or bother onsite staff…. Meaning he’s operating out of a unit that doesn’t allow the rental activity. I did t even bother taking my family to this scammers place… lesson learned ONLY book hotels…

Paran's place was centrally located and overall clean. That said, there were a few things missing. For instance, there was no shower curtain and water sprayed into the bathroom. A dirty towel was hung on the towel rack and the bed had no top sheet so we were under a thick comforter which was hot despite the AC.The apartment was clean and Paran was responsive to my What's app messages.
