    We are conviniently located within a short walking distance to Rogers Arena, BC place, Seawall, Gastown, restaurants and pubs.



    We have some of the best amenities in town:

    - Secured underground parking (One parking spot is included)

    - Fully equipped gym

    Other Things to Note:

    Sofa bed Use:

    Kindly note that there will be a linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



    Crib and Highchair:

    We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



    Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds ..



    Portable AC:

    Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



    We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.

Great location and view

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood. Close to Gas Town, waterfront and other attractions, plus a train station very nearby. The train does come very frequently but the noise didn’t bother us. Easy access to the train station requires walking up many steps. The condo has a great view and owner was very responsive and friendly.

Wonderful stay, great view

As the title suggests, recently had a wonderful stay at this apartment and enjoyed the amazing view. Was nice being so close to stadium station, plus all the action with arena next door and so many dining options nearby. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Location !

This is a great location if you’re attending any event! The property is as shown except the couch needs to be replaced. The bedrooms are comfortable and as shown. Overall a great property with amazing views. We would book this property again, thankyou for being a great host!

Beautiful condo and perfect location

4 of us stayed here for the Grey Cup! A beautiful condo with an amazing view. Location is fantastic - right beside the metro line and next to hockey and football stadiums. Condo is well supplied and 2 bedrooms very comfortable. Owner was attentive and helpful.

We were truly happy with our stay in this downtown apartment and neighborhood. It was very clean and modern. Everything you could need was provided to help if you dined in and enough neighborhood restaurants if you dined out. Beautiful views !

Great time with good friends

We were in Vancouver to celebrate our friend 40th wedding anniversary, we had a great dinner at the The Coast on Saturday. The condo was in a great location, we walked to gastown and China town. Highlty recommend this place as it is all about the location, location.

Home for a week!

This unit was a welcome place to return to at the end of each day exploring! We were happy with the location, walkable to many of our hope-to-see spots. Jessie was quick to respond when I had a question. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, we appreciated the Kcups, s&p, sugar and TP!

It was first time to stay condo so, first time communication was hard because I didn’t get an any email from owner… maybe junk mail… I’m not sure. Owner was responding very fast but some parts of property were broken such as blinds…that was inconvenient. Location wise was perfect.

The property is in a decent location but many homeless in the vicinity. Comes with the city. Host provided k cups and basics but we had to buy creamer and salt😊 sofa bed was comfy, workout and pool facilities great. All I all it was fine!

Great location and condo was

The condo was excellent, clean, a little small for a family of four as there wasn't much living space and the couch was small. The arm of the couch was missing all of the support so you could not sit comfortably on one side. Building was very secure and close to shops, restaurants, groceries, liquor stores, transit and science world. The large pool, hot tub and sauna was a great feature and kept the kids busy so we didn't actually spend too much time in the room. The gym was also quite large with good equipment. Would recommend - the owner was very attentive to any questions and allowed for an early check-in.

Things which could have been better in the flat

Cleanness of the floor, the bathrooms and the kitchen was good. The pillows in the bed and on the sofa were not so good. The 2 mobile air conditioners could be installed more professionell, just having the exhaust pipes in the open window is quite noisy and don,t fit to the rest. The sofa is damaged. The electrical sockets should be reviewed, partly damaged.

Great View and Wonderful Getaway!

We were pleased to find ourselves on the 32nd floor with great views from all rooms. The condo was clean and welcoming. Checkin turned out to be easier than it sounded on paper, though the directions from parking to elevator never worked for us -- we explored and found our own way. We had been told not to try to enter the building before the checkin time, so it wasn't really a surprise when we arrived ten minutes early and had to wait. The neighborhood is wonderful. We loved the Asian T&T Supermarket located directly across the circle and bought hot food at their deli many times during our stay. The condo owner is tops when it comes to responsiveness to questions and requests. The bathroom outlets and television didn't work at first and the owner had them back in working order very quickly (resolution was resetting the circuit breaker and "reprogramming" the television). The owner came through for us even more quickly than we expected. We were there for five great weeks. Joanna and Ron Stout
