Welcome to our modern studio condo in the heart of Surrey Central! This brand new building offers convenience at its best - just steps away from the SkyTrain station, ensuring easy access to all of Surrey's attractions and beyond. The cozy studio is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind and boasts access to a shared fitness facility with state-of-the-art weights & equipment. With its central location, you'll be surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment options!
Smoking: There is strictly NO SMOKING of any kind permitted anywhere in the unit. If you smoke, please do so outside and at least 7.5 meters away from any doorway or window.
Quiet Time: No loud noise from 10:30PM - 7AM. Our home is located in respectful residential neighborhood. Please also be respectful of the tenants downstairs and on the other side.
Pets: No pets allowed at this time.
No events, parties, or large gatherings.
Number of Guests: The number of guests listed on the booking must match the number of guests staying in the home.
