Situated in Dunbar-Southlands, this roomy basement suite features 2 bedrooms and 3 Queen size beds, provides a cozy and welcoming environment, ideal for families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway.

The suite comes with a sink, fridge, dining ware, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction cooker, and even a dishwasher.

Guests have access to the whole suite and will not be going to share this with any other guests.

Step into our smoke-free sanctuary, where your comfort reigns supreme! The suite got a makeover in 2021 and is situated in the semi-basement of the villa. It features windows for natural light and has its own entrance and exit, giving you that extra bit of privacy during your stay. The house is brand new, furnished with modern furniture, appliances, and all the essentials you might need. We know how crucial a good night's sleep is while traveling, so we've included Canadian-made memory foam mattresses for your comfort, along with a clean and tidy living space. The suite layout consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open kitchenette. You’ll find an induction cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster ready for use. Plus, we’ve got all the tableware and cooking tools you’ll need. There’s also a hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaners to cover almost all your daily needs.

PET POLICY: We kindly inform you that pets are not allowed during your stay. If you have a service dog included in your reservation, please let me know ahead of time. This will help me provide you with the necessary information about the house rules and ensure we can assist you effectively before your arrival.
