The location was excellent, close to good restaurants and the train station to Vancouver. The view from the balcony was amazing. The property manager was very responsive and left excellent instructions for arrival. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, great views from the large balcony. Comfy beds. Location was nice, able to walk to restaurants and the mall.Would recommend to Gerry that he provides all the needed information at once, wifi, location and use of fob, etc. Overall, a good experience!

Nice property

I love how close the property is to everything - mall, food court, grocery store. It has a small playground for the kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Perfect apartment for 2 couples. Gary was very reachable and helpful when we had troubles with the entry. He was able to help us get in right away. Everything on listing was accurate. Balcony was amazing. Location and proximity to sky train was great, we had no troubles rolling our luggage from the train to the apartment and back. Great place, will for sure book again if back in Vancouver.

Great space

Spent a weekend here with friends and it’s very convenient to the center. Good communication with the host if needed. Spacious enough for a group stay. Dedicated parking spot which is great

Great stay

We had a great stay will stay again next time. Pros: It’s nice apartment great location. Have everything you need for your stay. The building is new and quiet. Designate parking lot a lot of restaurant and shop near by Cons: we love to stay again if there are second set of key fob. We can’t access the elevator separately since we only 1 key fob provided and it’s harder to coordinate the trip as family of 4.

The property was beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The very large balcony was our favorite spot with great views of the mountains and city (in the distance). It was located close (about 3 blocks) to the SkyTrain that took us directly to the city center and water front. We traveled on it to the water front then took a bus to Stanley Park. It is also an easy ride to the airport. The mass transit was easy to use, very clean and inexpensive. We were close to several restaurants , Tim Hortons, and a shopping mall. I really appreciated the washer/dryer to do our laundry before boarding our cruise. The owner let us in remotely through the outside electronic keypad. He was responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

One block from a big shopping mall, three from a fantastic park, the apartment is very comfortable, has a great terrace, and is spotlessly new. Host was in touch and helpful. Thank you!

This unit is lovely. Spacious, the view is spectacular , location perfect! Gary, our host, was kind and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone. It will not disappoint!

Location was great!

We loved the balcony and walking around the beautiful property. The public transportation from the airport is very convenient as is the mall located close by. Instructions for entry into the property could have been clearer. We had trouble entering the first time.

Fantastic stay

The property is a 10 for location. So closed to everything Richmond, BC. It's was very clean and new. No complaints except, it took us a while to figure out how to enter the building and where to find the parking space. Parking is in the residence parking lot.

The property is fantastic. The host provides plenty of clean towels and dishes. If you plan to cook, check with the host on the cooking tools. Host does not have hair conditioner. The patio is wonderful and spacious. It is a perfect place to enjoy any time of the day.

Beautiful property

This beautiful property is exactly as described in the listing. We were so impressed with the decor, cleanliness and the property as a whole. The property owner was very responsive and answered all of are questions. We did not have an opportunity to explore the surrounding area, but we did go to the mall nearby as well as a restaurant across the street. We definitely recommend this property and would love to come back in future.

Negative Experience

The condo itself was nice and well located. It was, however, not particularly clean, the window coverings did not work - some were lying on the floor - and pictures were leaning against the walls. We had difficulty with the security system (instructions were confusing) and were unable to get in. The owner seemed irritated that we had bothered him and he was rude over the phone. We were assigned a parking spot but when we returned to the condo after a dinner out the assigned spot was taken. Altogether, not a positive experience. Would not recommend.

Nice place- hard to get into

The instructions to get in the main door were not clear to me given the login screen I was faced with, and, while people let us inside, we couldn't acess the floor we needed to go to without doing the front door piece properly... so we ended up kinda stranded, and I had limited internet on my phone to find the host's contact info... didn't see a cell phone # etc... We did get in the apartment finally, by luck of someone going to the same floor, and then we could get in with a lock box and had a key fob to access the garage. The place is nice- clean- has a lovely view, and the host did get back to us eventually, but he was less than sympathetic to our plight. If smart buildings and technology is not your forte, this place may not be for you... It ended up ok for us, but was no fun initially.

It's the little things

This apartment just falls short for a 5 star review. 4 of us stayed for 4 nights in August. The location is excellent for shopping and the skytrain. The beds were very comfortable. A beautiful gas stove was hindered in that the only cookware was a large and very small frying pan. Not a pot to be found. The only bowls were the size of serving dishes and with only two seats at the island we could not eat together. The quite fancy powered blinds did not work properly in the livingroom. The one blind over the patio door was stuck half way down, meaning we had to duck to access the patio. The view was lovely. On arrival the bathroom towels were still in the dryer. There was no shower curtain for the en suite bath. We later found the shower curtain bar in a closet. There are not any dressers in the bedrooms so we laid out our clothes on the bedroom window ledge. It was also disconcerting to find clothes hung in the closet and a used toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. The instructions to access the suite, while a bit complicated, were easily enough followed. The parking garage and building were immaculate. Overall a lovely suite that just needs some attention to details to be excellent.
