"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. We booked Mountain View rooms and while the room was well appointed, a bit luxurious even, we did NOT get the Mountain View we expected because a few buildings were blocking that view! "The staff was very helpful. Hotel was located quite close to the town Centre, but now directly at its heart. There is a street of massage outlets on the way to the hotel, so you can have a late night massage. The hotel staff is unable to help book a transfer from Hanoi, so you have to do it yourself. Although it is rated 4 star, the facilities do not live up to expectations. I would rate it 3 star (international standards), but I it is quite a plush hotel by Vietnam standards. "
