An amazing property and rooms. There is no other place I’d stay. The staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious every morning. Hotel set up an excursion for us, trekked the local village and mountain. Was the highlight of our trip in Vietnam.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the rooms is stunning. We were worried about the availability of a Grab to get into town with no good reason - we never had to wait more than a few minutes. It was a wonderful, peaceful retreat from Sa Pa town. Highly recommended.

Our stay was most memorable. The team at Eco Palms House was over the top fantastic. Nam and Be were oustanding in accommodating every need. Complements to the chef who perpared our meals. We found ourselves enjoying the meals at Eco Palms House as one of the best restaurants in Sapa. Definitely a must stay.

A perfect stay in beautiful Sapa...I overlooking the valley every morning was spectacular. The Family host were very accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious and options were offered. A high recommendation for a 5 star homestay! My choice away from the City for an enjoyable experience!

The stay was absolutely phenomenal. This is a one of a kind stay in Sapa! They coordinate with you to plan what time to have your dinner after you are done e exploring. We stayed a few nights and honestly kept coming back to eat here because the food tasted like a real homemade meal! Some of the food in Sapa is authentic but I feel is lacking love! Food here is made with much love with all of the team being amazing. Down to even how they treat their three cats and pup! Also the bedroom service is freaking awesome. They make your bed and clean while you have breakfast (which is a made to order service, definitely add the breakfast). We didn’t add it but regretted it because we had the breakfast every single day! Then before you go to sleep they make your bed again to have a net to sleep incase any tiny harmless bugs are in the room! It’s a beautiful natural stay so it’s only right that there will be some bugs but at night it’s like the staff does everything possible to get them out of the room where we never noticed them or had any bugs/spiders in the bathroom when you wake up at night to use it. The pool and view is also worth this stay alone. Do yourself the favor and treat yourself. Say yes and the main owner here is the best. He literally helped us with everything and down to letting us leave our bags as we ended up arriving quite early. If we could this would be a 12/10. And we’ve just recently stayed at “fancy hotels” in Hanoi. This should be $500/night

The Service was wonderful and setting were magical. The cabin was simple but elegant and peaceful. Dinner and breakfast were memorably good. We loved staying here. If you need a/c and all mod cons every night stay away and don't spoil the mojo. .

Spotleess and beautiful. I will come back to this place. You can see the rice fields from the rooms and the staff is great. The decorations and the atmosphere of this place are a delight. Great food, beakfast was included and was amazing. We had dinner and was the best food in Vietnam. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 10 minutes from Sapa’s down town but it’s a great place if you want to relax. A taxi can charge you less than 10 dólares to take you to Sapa’s downtown. Great getaway for peace and connection.

The hotel is set among authentic, cozy, and beautiful buildings and surroundings, creating a truly charming atmosphere. The views were absolutely stunning when there was no fog and made the stay even more special. Breakfast offered continental options, which was a pleasant way to start the morning. We also had some delicious dinner meals there in the evening. The staff were incredibly hardworking and always friendly and smiling, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also had the best massage we have ever experienced there, which was a real highlight. Another lovely touch was the presence of the hotel’s cats and dog, which guests could pet and spend time with. It is worth noting that the hotel rooms are quite rustic in style, which adds to the charm but may not suit everyone. The rooms can also be a bit cold, and unfortunately it is very hard to heat them.

Our stay was amazing! Some key highlights: - staff was very helpful, kind, and welcoming the moment we arrived - we got upgraded to a “romantic bungalow” - free of charge! Room was very clean and perfect amount of space to relax - the restaurant in eco palms is delicious and very reasonably priced. We had delicious breakfast and dinner there every morning/night - amazing view of sapa right from our bungalow’s balcony - Yuli the hotel dog is super cute and friendly with guests :)

Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments.

My friend and I had the best time here! The property is beautiful, with great views and landscaping. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and the overlook. We ate most of our meals here, and found that the quality and price were great compared to nearby restaurants. What really sets this resort apart is the phenomenal service from our very first day! Nam remembered our names from our first night and gave us lots of insight into the surrounding areas. All of the staff were very hospitable and welcoming, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know everyone! Will miss this resort and hope to be back soon :)

The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!

This was an amazing stay. Quiet and peaceful. View was somewhat obscured by the fog during the winter but you can still see the valley below and rice terraces when the fog lifts a little. Water pressure is good in the bathroom and there is hot water. To keep warm in the room, there is a small portable heater (a bit noisy so didn’t use it when sleeping) and when sleeping, just the electric blanket is enough to keep warm and have a comfortable night’s sleep. Food wise, the in-house restaurant at the main building is good. There’s also happy hour drinks which you can have by the cosy fireplace. Overall was a good stay and the staff go above and beyond to help/accomodate guests.

The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The dog, Julie, that everyone is talking about is adorable and makes your time at the lodge full of cuddles. The rooms are rustic with an amazing view. We were there at a time when it was freezing, they gave us a space heater and heating blanket we stayed very warm. The only piece I would advise is that the beds are on the floor. When I originally booked this trip I wasn’t sure my in-laws would be joining. It was difficult for them to get in and out of the bed, but other than that it was a great place to stay. We had an amazing time.

Quiet and comfortable.

We arrived very early in sapa and they had a huge lobby area to relax and wait for our check in. It’s a family run business all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served for breakfast is amazing and their ala carte dinner is very good especially the hot plate beef. The room is cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and there is a heated blanket, room is true to the pictures they posted. You got to be patient with their hot water for shower though. You can just liaise with the staff if you want a tour. They have various packages to choose from. Overall an amazing experience to get away from the busy city life. To me it’s considered to be a bit pricey for Vietnam.

A beautiful, inviting and comfortable family-run hotel with gorgeous views. A spot of quiet tranquility in the bustle of Vietnam. The place is inviting, spotless and utterly soothing. Staff and owners are friendly and attentive. Food is delicious. I didn’t want to leave. You stay in a traditional bamboo/mud small house, but very luxurious with a lovely view and the bathroom is picture worthy. Don’t miss if you visit Sapa. They will arrange day trips- we went to Bac Ha market for the day and just the drive through the mountains is worth it. The market is sprawling and fun. We went on trek by ourselves to local villages and like that very much. Very easy to access.
