"It was a wonderful stay in the large loft managed by the hotel. The loft was a good size, and it accommodated my family well. We did the paid breakfast, and I told them we would probably grab a vegan croissant for my dairy free daughter, and they got one for us for her to eat at the breakfast! "The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot. "Hotel is in a quiet lakeside spot. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of restaurants by the lakeside if you want to eat out and the ferry dock is a couple of minutes walk away, if you want a boat trip on the lake. We will definitely stay here again. "
