Located in Soiano del Lago, in an excellent elevated position with breathtaking views of the lake, the Garda hills and the medieval castle, this spacious and modern townhouse in a residence is perfect for a family holiday or a group stay of up to 7 guests!
Fully equipped with every comfort, the property is arranged over three floors and features a large private garden, ideal for children and pets, with stunning lake views.
The villa welcomes guests with a spacious living room furnished with a sofa, flat-screen Smart TV with German and English channels, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room opens onto a large covered patio overlooking the lake; the porch is furnished with a table for outdoor lunches, dinners and breakfasts during summer, as well as a barbecue for grilling. The private garden surrounds the house on three sides and measures approximately 150 sqm.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with air conditioning, double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes and Smart TV with international channels, all with beautiful lake views, plus a bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet.
Upstairs you will find the master suite with lake and hills views, featuring a double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, Smart TV with international channels, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
This beautiful villa, fully equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection included, continues on the basement level, where there is a large tavern area that can be used as a second living room with Smart TV with international channels, a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, a desk, and a second kitchen equipped with fridge and dishes. On this floor there is also the third bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes, and a third bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
