"This is a lovely house; it is superbly equipped and maintained and it has a great garden, full of evening sunshine. Everything about the accommodation was excellent, and we are really grateful to have been able to stay here. The village also offers exceptional activities. You can hike in the forests and mountains nearby (no car needed) or travel a short distance to local towns, which are full of the most beautiful buildings, from different periods (Gallo-roman to the present). "The people staffing the hostel are so very wonderful. They go out of their way to help, from the front desk to the people who change the linens. And the location is terrific. There are loads of nice hikes nearby. The restaurant & bar are exceptional as well. 15 stars out of 5!"
