A ten minute walk from the bus station which suited me & then right in the centre of the city, near the famous bridge to view the sound & light show in the evening! Staff were helpful & the breakfast (included for me) was very good with lots of choice. All good but I do wish they’d put a kettle in the room!

hotel in good location, functional city hotel in great location with convenient parking underneath - make sure you take heed of the parking access instructions the hotel send you as its tricky to get to.....nice room but beginning to need refurbishment - balcony has lovely views but furniture and condition not the best. staff were great and also turned up with a birthday cake when they realised it was my birthday while I was staying there - lovely gesture.......

Huge room in this hotel overlooking the river, with a really comfortable bed and a sofa bed. We didn't take vreakfast so no idea what the food is like. Check in and out procedure was very simple and the staff efficient and friendly. First time ina NH hotel but really impressed.

Good stay but the parking...

Great location, good facilities and overall condition BUT the wait to check in was long and the finding the parking is A NIGHTMARE. The directions received are hard to understand and access is difficult to find.

Good location.

Good location. Clean. Not too diligent staff almost lost our train connection when trusting staff with timing and help with taxi. Would have lost our connection if it hadn’t been for a very resourceful taxi driver (which we flagged down ourselves by the way) who drove so we made the train by 30 seconds. We repeatedly asked staff if they were sure that they arranged for transport in due time.
