I booked a room online that stated the room slept 5. When checking in I had asked if the room slept 5 and I was told that it did. When I got to the room it only slept 4. I went back to the desk and it was a different staff member working, I asked about a different room as I was told it would would accommodate the number of adults and it didn’t. There was nothing they could do for us at that point and it was very disappointing.

Grand Stay was a very quiet hotel. My kids adored the random snacks in the entry and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a bit small and the lighting in the room was terrible. The pool was very strong with chemical. It made made everyone cough after a short time and actually damaged my young daughters hair.

Check in was so smooth and easy. There is a pantry available with snacks and drinks 24 hours. There were free snacks available in the lobby too. Our room was big and very clean. It was quiet and warm and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were great. Breakfast in the morning was complementary and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a pet friendly room, and they even have a dog area with poop bags outside. Everything was so clean and convenient and easy. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The young man who was at the desk was excellent. He was patient. He sold us pizzas, cooked them perfectly, and answered my mothers crazy questions well. Thank you.

Overall above average
Overall I was pleased with our stay. One reason we chose GrandStay was the pool & hot tub. They were both closed a couple times for maintenance which was unfortunate and difficult for my children to understand.

POOL CLOSED!
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. What did upset me was that I specifically asked about the pool. I checked in at 3pm. We went up to the room by 4:30 we came down and were told pool was closed because of chlorine levels. So it was closed since before I checked in but was told it was opened. That killed our stay.
