I booked a room online that stated the room slept 5. When checking in I had asked if the room slept 5 and I was told that it did. When I got to the room it only slept 4. I went back to the desk and it was a different staff member working, I asked about a different room as I was told it would would accommodate the number of adults and it didn’t. There was nothing they could do for us at that point and it was very disappointing.

Grand Stay was a very quiet hotel. My kids adored the random snacks in the entry and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a bit small and the lighting in the room was terrible. The pool was very strong with chemical. It made made everyone cough after a short time and actually damaged my young daughters hair.
