Booked last minute as my other accommodations cancelled, and couldn’t be happier! Beautiful room, nice central location, and gorgeous rooftop views. But most impressive was the service from Neil, who went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect.

This is hands down the nicest (not necessarily fanciest) hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is incredible generous (especially Benita and Neil) and the amenities blow my mind. The location is perfect, the rooms are huge and the attention to detail is beyond belief. I can not possibly speak highly enough of this hidden gem!

Good location close to city centre and attractions, easy to find despite other reviews saying it wasn't. Church Bells in the morning were annoying as they woke you up. Building work going on in adjacent hotels, were as they started on some days at 06:30. Room was spacious, facilities ie kitchen was good, lighting could have been better. Balcony was unusable due to dust and and on going work. Overall staff friendly and helpful, had an issue with the shower that was resolved same day. Nice touch was the bottle of wine on arrival, the bottle water was replaced in the room each day.

We really enjoyed our stay in Valletta. The team were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, and having it on the roof terrace was a great way to start the day. The room was spotless, roomy, and well-equipped. The location was excellent and there were so many brilliant restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. Would highly recommend!

This was my first stay in a Boutique Hotel. I was happy that there is an elevator. My room was very large included a tv watching area, a kitchenette, & coffee station, a fairly large bathroom. Unfortunately my room had no view except for the courtyard. I found that the staff were all very nice & included breakfast was adequate. Rooms are made up everyday which is nice. Other niceties include a rooftop tiny pool, Friday evening cocktails on roof, daily bottles of water & a bottle of wine. Hotel is close to dining & shopping just be prepared to walk on hilly cobblestone streets.

The property is in a good location, easy walk to any sites and restaurants in Valetta. The building is nicely designed, and intimate with only a handful of guests. Room is spacious and well-appointed. (A couple oddities: the mirror in the bathroom is tinted black/smoked glass, so you cannot see yourself clearly. Also no electrical outlet in the bathroom for blow-drying.) Breakfast was delicious, ample and server was very attentive. Staff on-site were keen to provide bottomless bottled water. Biggest gap is that the phone number they provide for 24/7 customer service is unattended, and went to a mailbox that was full. As a guest, shouldn't have to chase customer service.

Wow!! We loved the location —close to all the main sites . Also, the staff was top notch ; we had dietary issues and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a gluten free snack to take with us to the airport . We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very central; nice room. Next to a church so one wakes up at 7:45 with the church bells - that's expected in central Valletta with so many churches anyway. Some minor issues with shower (couldn't switch to overhead shower) but nothing major. Staff were super friendly and attentive: they left a bottle of wine in the room, invited us for cocktails on the rooftop (we couldn't attend unfortunately), there's port and whiskey available in the lobby, and they brought us some chocolates to the room on Valentine's day!

This was a fantastic hotel in a perfect spot. An early check-in was appreciated. The room was thoughtfully laid out and presented with all mod cons. The breakfast was simple yet filling. This was one of our favourite hotels in our 4 week holiday.

Terrific Value in Valetta

The hotel is wonderfully located, staffed from top to bottom with helpful and friendly people, clean, well laid out, and comfortable. The breakfast has a lot of options, the roof deck is wonderful for a morning coffee or an evening drink, and the rooms are very spacious. I truly can't stress enough how friendly and welcoming the staff was - everyone seemed genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay ... which we did!

This may have been one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The location, staff, and room were beyond perfect. We greatly enjoyed the balcony in our room, the amazing bathroom, and the spacious bedroom. We can’t say enough about the staff. They were above and beyond incredible. We will only stay here when we visit Malta.

Lovely room, spacious with kitchenette. Staff were helpful and friendly but not on duty 24x7- it's more serviced apartments. Good location in Valletta. Only downside is that it's next to a church and the bells ring! Would stay again though.
