"Unfortunately the room we booked (pool view) didn't have the air conditioning it was advertised to have which made for a very difficult night unable to sleep in to the 40C heat. The hotel agreed to a part refund for 2 nights so we could move to a hotel with air conditioning, requesting that we speak to go Hotels.com to get the balance of the 2 days they wouldn't refund us for which was for the fees that they had paid to hotels.com. Hotels.com won't honour this refund of the amount they charged...

"It's a nice hotel, good pool, rooms are spacious and nicely designed. The breakfast is just ok. There was a bit of dump smell in our room. Also the housekeeping just made our beds when they were supposed to tidy the room, they didn't. Bathroom, toilet were not touched at all. Water and other products have not been replaced either. "

"Lou Paradou was a beautiful aparthotel in a gorgeous little town. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the hotel was spotless and the pool area was really nice and well maintained. The breakfast was always well stocked and there was plenty of choice every day. I would 100% recommendation this hotel and would return if was visiting Provence again! "
