Welcome to our cosy flat in Cabañal, Valencia!
This flat is perfect for those looking for a comfortable stay in one of the most vibrant and cheerful areas of the city.
This flat sleeps up to 4 people, is 40 square meters and located on the ground floor of the building.

But the real gem is the access to an impressive 100 square metre terrace for communal use, where you will be able to enjoy the sun and the views of the sea just 600 metres away. In addition, you will also have access to internet (wifi), air conditioning with hot/cold coil and a television for your comfort.
The open-plan kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine, will allow you to prepare your favourite meals. If you are a smoker, you will be happy to know that you can smoke on the terrace, but not inside the room. In addition, you will have at your disposal a laundry area shared with the other guests to make your stay even more comfortable and convenient.

It should also be noted that the apartment is fully adapted for disabled people in wheelchairs, including access to the common areas excluding the terrace, as it only has access via a staircase.

In short, our flat in Cabañal, Valencia, is the perfect option for those who are looking for a comfortable and cosy stay, to enjoy in full relax of one of the best beaches of the city.

This flat is located in the heart of the maritime district of Valencia, El Cabañal, 5 minutes from the Malvarrosa beach and 20 minutes from the city centre by public transport.
It is one of the most historic neighbourhoods in Valencia, with the most traditional scenes and where life has a different rhythm.
Its architectural value is relevant with fishermen's houses, tiled façades, colourful buildings and modernist structures.
The area already has a network involving art collectives and theatre companies with numerous projects underway.
There are plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood which is known for its authentic lunches.
In addition, there are a number of bars and leisure areas that give it a youthful and dynamic atmosphere.
All this just metres from the sea!

Clean place, terrible communication

Clean, lot's of space, new, great terras on the roof, but then communication with Amazinn Places couldn' t be worse. No reaction on our chats, afther 10 attempts in 2 weeks, still no mail or notification how to get in the appartement. Finaly, 20 minutes before we arrived (and already 7 hours later then check-in time) a nice guy on the phone gave us the number to open the door...
