The living room features a homely sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The space exudes a warm, intimate atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery.

There are three bedrooms: two with a comfortable double bed (one of them with an ensuite bathroom) and one with a single bed. Both come with complimentary linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

You also have access to a private backyard to enjoy the outdoors.

The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is conveniently situated near several metro and bus stations. 5 minute walking to Nazaret Metro Station. This central location provides easy access to public transportation, allowing for convenient travel throughout the city.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
