"We really enjoyed our stay at Smartr Valencia. Pros: Although we didn’t get the chance to meet anyone in person, check-in was very straightforward, and communication with the host via WhatsApp was prompt and helpful. The location is excellent, with a major shopping centre nearby and easy access to all forms of public transport. The room was spacious and well equipped, with all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. Cons (if I have to be picky): The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, with some mould around the shower area. Check-in is at 4 p.m. I appreciate this may be fairly standard in Europe, and the 12 p.m. check-out is a nice touch, but as we had a very early flight, waiting until 4 p.m. to check in was quite tiring. The rooms are not completely soundproof, so you can occasionally hear people walking in the corridor or talking in neighbouring rooms. That said, it didn’t significantly disturb us or affect our sleep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at Smartr again on our next visit to Valencia."
