We enjoyed the Lima restaurant for the wonderful staff. The food at Lima was very good but could have gone up a level to meet the hotel star rating. The regional wine suggestions were excellent in all restaurants and reasonable prices based on North American perspective. All-in-all the staff made the experience. "
