The property and the staff were lovely, the only thing i could fault was that there were some building works going on inside, but these didnt affect the services or staff service. I would definetly recommend! The staff were lovely and super helpful!

A quick walk to the airport

Room was a standard ibis room. Shower worked well. I stayed in room 116. It faced the busy main road but was fairly quiet and had a nice view or the sunrise. It's a 35 minute walk to the airport.

The room was good, we enjoyed the pool area but it should be cleaner then it was. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. The morning buffet had great choices, we enjoyed are stay.

Easy parking as we were using a rental car. Nice quiet pool for after a long day of travelling around or a busy beach. You were able to borrow pool towels if needed. Convenient breakfast available as well.

Friendly welcome on arrival, stayed for 5 nights , great stay in a small friendly hotel. Room with air con serviced daily if required.good choice for breakfast served till 12 daily. Nice pool area , 24 gr bar and food ( although food only seemed like microwave meals) Only downside of hotel was there is nothing else in the area,good thing Ubers were very near all the time . For a small place like Faro, this was a little out of the way. Needed to walk a lot or take Uber or taxi. But, the most frustrating thing was we booked a tour of the Benagil Caves at the front desk. We were waiting for pick-up 15 minutes early. Asked for an update on the transport 3 times and was told the van would bebthere in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes was told the van had passed the hotel and we would miss the tour. We managed to book an uber and after calling the tour operator ourselves, managed to grt on board The basin plug was stuck. Maintenance arrived 16 hours later. Then the water drained very slowly too. Very poor hotel. Very poor service. Our trust in IBIS brand has diminished.
