The customer service was excellent both in restaurant and at check in. Room small but functional with comfortable bed.Pool area very relaxing. Dangerous walk to village would advise a taxi .

Quite a quirky, cool hotel and had a really excellent stay and great value for money. Staff were all really helpful and exceptional service, breakfast was fantastic too. Great location and would highly recommend as very good value for money.

Amazing boutique hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, room and facilities maintained to a very high standard. All staff, whether in the breakfast room or reception were extremely helpful and friendly. A pavement from the hotel to either QDL or Vale Do Lobo would be the icing on the cake! Ubers are very reliable and plentiful.

Hotel was great - you can borrow bikes to get into Quinta shopping in about 3 minutes. Ubers are extremely quick, reliable and cheap to get into other areas such as Vale do Lobo (around 4 euros!). Lovely pool, amazing breakfast with so much to choose from. The only downside would be how loud the aircon was in our room.

Good stay

Magnolia is a nice hotel with pleasant surroundings. The rooms are adequate, beds are comfy; though could use better space planning lfor the rooms. wWe were informed a renovation is coming later this year. The breakfast is quite good and the lounge and bar areas are nice. Best of all the staff are awesome, friendly and willing to assist where possible.

The stay was ok service was good. The room from the pictures was not what I expected. Room was small and very little room for suit cases. Not what the pictures looked like. That type of room I would expect to pay half of what it cost.

The hotel overall was friendly & the service was good. However, room cleaning was missed on two occasions. This was however, put right when raised with management. Access to the two bedroom cottages in which we stayed was a cobbled road, with many displaced trip hazard cobbles and was even worse around our cottage.

Slightly Disappointing

The toilet was the most concerning as you couldn’t sit on it without squashing yourself against the marble top that houses the sink which had 2 cracks through it too. Must cramped uncomfortable toilet I’ve ever experienced. The walls scuffed and the extendable mirror rusty overlooking the balcony the lower rooms had very unkempt area they walked to their doors. No tea or coffee facilities and not even a hairdryer in the rooms. Having said all that the breakfast was lovely and the staff very pleasant.
