This is a good base hotel for getting about the area. You need a car or uber though to get to places. Food in the hotel is excellent, plentiful portions and very tasty. Rooms are adequate, lighting in the bedroom area could be improved but beds are very comfortable.

Room was nice and clean. Had great breakfast variety and the staff was really nice and attentive. I tried to book a massage but because it is a third party company it takes time to book so the reservation after 4 tries could not be done. Nonetheless the other spa spaces are clean and great. Paola, was really sweet and caring. She made sure to explain the amenities properly and gave great and truthful recommendations of places and things to do.

Breakfast was excellent, room and facilities maintained to a very high standard. All staff, whether in the breakfast room or reception were extremely helpful and friendly. A pavement from the hotel to either QDL or Vale Do Lobo would be the icing on the cake! Ubers are very reliable and plentiful.

Overall it was nice, bathroom for us was quite small and we were right were the elevator was so we got alot of noise when people went in and out. Breakfast was good and very clean.
