"Our family of five enjoyed our time at the property very much. The rooms were comfortable and the surrounding area is beautiful. The pool is a huge plus to cool down and have a relaxing time. The Rignano train station nearby makes it easy to get around Italy, by connecting to Florence’s main station. Truly an asset. The A1 highway is also nearby connecting you within easy access to beautiful Tuscany. Restaurants in the area were very good also. I would definitely stay again at Vila Il...

"Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con un bicchiere di prosecco nel patio e ci hanno anche omaggiato di un upgrade di camera. Vista la stagione la piscina era ancora chiusa ma il prato curatissimo con fiori che crescevano qua e la e un profumo di campagna veramente memorabile. La camera è bellissima con una doccia in marmo molto grande ed il letto molto comodo. La sera abbiamo mangiato all'interno della Villa, sembrava una favola! La mattina dopo abbiamo fatto una cooking class e siamo partiti!...

Agriturismo Fattoria Lavacchio

"We visited four very different parts of Italy and our stay at Fattoria Lavacchio may have been our favorite. One important thing to know that was a little tricky to figure out was that you check-in at “Casabella”. The property belonging to Fattoria Lavacchio includes multiple buildings spread along 1km or so of the road. Our room ended up being an apartment about 300m from Casabella (the building in the pictures here with the pool). There was not traditional a/c but we didn’t need it with the fans and air coolers they provided. We also loved sleeping with the windows wide open and no need for screens because no bugs!! Even in the hottest part of the summer!! We love star gazing at night, cooking class overlooking the winery, horseback riding, and dinner on the patio by the pool. We also enjoyed the breakfast with fresh juices and jams made there at Fattoria Lavacchio. They also make their own olive oil. We felt very relaxed and refreshed after our visit there. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! all the local producers are very fresh and fruits just taste so good. The pastries are amazing. We loved our room with the view of the main castle in the hills. The pool is very clean. everything is so chic and the staff are very helpful. 10 out of 10 would definitely come back."

"Paolo was very accommodating for our preferred dates and communicated very well throughout the entire booking process. The villa itself was beautiful, just as advertised and the cleaning staff was fantastic. The pool was excellent and a lot of fun for the whole family as was the many provided games and billiards room. The location was stunning and not too far from Florence. Overall, we had a memorable stay. Grazie mille!"

"Gorgeous place, amazing views. They overbooked dinner and we had a wait of 2 hours for our food to come out. Pool was amazing and there was two to choose from, one looked quieter. Main part of the building is 15th century, which was beautiful. Easy to find with google maps NOT Apple Maps. Plenty of parking."

"Fantastische Unterkunft in einem alten Landgut, das über Jahrhunderte im Familienbesitz ist und liebevoll in alter originaler Ausstattung (mit modernen Anteilen) incl Bibliothek gepflegt wird. Das weitläufige Anwesen wird teilweise weiter von der Familie genutzt, die auch die Vermietung übernimmt. Guido und seine Ehefrau sind unglaublich herzliche und liebevolle Menschen, mit denen man sich den weitläufigen Hof und Garten teilt, interessante Gespräche führen kann und die jederzeit für Informationen zur Geschichte des Hauses, der Region oder für aktuelle gesellschaftliche Themen zur Verfügung stehen. Daneben gibt es unzählige Ecken und Bereiche, in die man sich zurückziehen kann, um unter einem Olivenbaum die Atmosphäre zu genießen. Der Pool bietet jederzeit Abkühlung und - wie auch die Terrasse in der Mitte das Anwesens - einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die umgebende Appenin-Landschaft. Incl Sonnenuntergang!!!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. It was a very cute villa and had an above ground pool with an amazing view. The family does stay next door in their house, but we did not have any disruptions. They were quick to reply and help up check in and out. They left us snacks and wine, and were very hospitable! Would definitely recommend this stay."

"Ein wunderbares Anwesen, besonders hervorzuheben der supertolle Infinitypool mit dem Traumausblick auf die Hügel der Toscana.Besonders begeistert hat uns auch das jeden Abend andere Farbenspiel des Sonnenuntergangs.Anna ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, hat uns jederzeit unterstützt- wir haben sie ins Herz geschlossen und kommen gerne wieder.Danke für alles!!"
