Gite in an adjoining village house, on 3 levels, Ground floor: entrance with storage room for skis. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, a bathroom (shower and WC), balcony. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with balcony (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 small bedroom (2 bunk beds for 1 person) with a mezzanine in the attic with a total height of less than 1 80 m (access by a steep staircase - 1 trundle sofa with 2 single beds), a shower room (multi-jet shower and WC). Total surface of the gite: 74 m² attic parts included. Possibility of renting a garage in the house. In the heart of the traditional village, La Petite Maison has been restored and fitted out by the owners who have occupied it for years; now intended to accommodate vacationers. It benefits from a beautiful living room with a balcony. The mezzanine attic of the small bedroom will delight children, a space for games or relaxation under the roof, like a mountain refuge! 100m away on the village square, a free winter shuttle takes you to the ski slopes. Reductions on the rental of ski equipment will be granted to you in the owners' shop. Termignon la Vanoise, an authentic village on a human scale at the foot of glaciers and peaks over 3000 m! Small village resort full of charm, nestled in this beautiful valley of Haute-Maurienne, which is worth the detour and the stay, summer and winter!
