Wonderful property!

Wonderful property to stay at! The amenities (hot tubs, pool, steam room, sauna) were very clean and a great way to spend the extra hours away from hiking and seeing the town. We loved our condo, had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

Vail spa is in a quieter area of Vail which is relaxing. We enjoyed the spa, pool and coffee bar. It was also nice to have complimentary umbrellas to use. We found the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the beds in our condo were far from comfortable. And the appliances and decor of the condo left us feeling like we had traveled back in time to 1980’s.

The pools were not heated during our stay (winter), the amenities are ok. The parking was good but there needs to be more control of who is parking because there were cars parked taking up two space for more than a day and some did not have the authorization paper in the window.

Beware of booking the BASIC condo. It’s severely dated and several things aren’t in working order (microwave, couple light switches, etc). Property is fantastic … recommend the overall property but not the BASIC condo.

Condo had everything we needed was very clean and very roomy. Decor was very dated (but I actually enjoyed LOL) water temperature in shower would vary greatly if someone was using the other shower or flushed.

Access to the town bus....no one was here so did not have to vie for access to the jacuzzi, workout room, etc. Loved the response of the staff. Went above and beyond.

Wonderful stay! Very spacious, easy access to anywhere in vail via shuttle or driving. Parking and check in was a breeze. Love the indoor and outdoor pools.

Our fifth floor unit had no air conditioning and so we had to keep the windows open. However, across the little street is a Marriott which has a VERY loud HVAC complex on their roof. We had a VERY hard time sleeping with this noise and would have left after Day 1 except Vail was booked solid. Unit itself is comfortable if very dated, could use some minor maintenance.

Great facility and location.

The property is lovely with plenty of space to spread out and very safety conscious. Many of the “spa” services and facilities are closed right now, which I didn’t see disclosed on their listing - would be helpful to know. However, it was only the indoor facilities and the exterior ones are open and no problem to enjoy. None of their units have air conditioning (common in Colorado). In July/Aug it gets warm and their units tend not too cool down as easily if you just open the doors as windows as many of the other properties we have stayed in - I assume it’s due to the unit layouts. But we had fans in our unit and used them. Overall a very nice property.
