Everything wonderful including the midnight fresh air “experience” caused by being evacuated for a fire in the laundry vents. All were calm and very professional.

It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!

This is a fabulous property. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel amenities were great, the fitness center and hot tub are is amazing. We utilized Base Camp which was wonderful as well.

Very interesting experience. First off, was given the wrong room. Was told that they were short staffed in house keeping and I have to wait for my room to be cleaned. It’s the offseason, checkout is at 11 AM, we checked in at 4. To make it right, they offered me an upgraded room, which was just the room I reserved. Fine. Staff does not acknowledge “do not disturb” sign. Knocked on my door and woke us up three times to drop off a bowl that we requested 1 night before and never came. It could be worse but given the price and the star rating it was a disappointing experience. I paid a lot of money for a below average experience.

We loved our stay at the Sebastian. The pool, lobby, bar, and other areas are all really nice. We had our little dog with us, and the staff was very accommodating. Not just for our dog, but other dogs as well. All in all it was very comfortable.

The Sebastian was wonderful. Great stay! 5-10 min walk to Gondola One, amenities and the staff was amazing! But booking through Expedia, horrible experience! Be careful if you book through Expedia!

Cetral location with a short walk to ski lift.

Good hotel although "pricy". Room OK, but fairly small window. Bed comfortable. Small bathroom. Nice pool/hot pool area. But that the hotel (with such prices) charge you additionally $25/pers for the use of the sauna is way off.....

An Average Hotel

The hotel room is basic and dated- a Hyatt or Marriott has same room amenities. The steam room is an extra charge of $25 which is ridiculous at a ski resort where people need this type of facility. the carpet in room was dated and bathroom was 2nd rate. The hotel did not offer ski valet service near the Gondola like other similar hotels. The biggest advantage is for owners who have access to lounge and other exclusive hospitality. The car service was nice, they did bring us to dinner one night.

Disappointing.

Overall the hotel was ok. What was an immediate turnoff was the worn finish on the toilet seat, plus one of the rubber base supports was missing. So it was wobbly. Front desk told us the maintenance department would replace it right away. That never happened and we never received a follow up call from the desk. Disappointing experience in a lower priced motel much less a high end hotel.
