"I stayed here for a month and the Host responded promptly and was very accommodating. All appliances worked properly and kitchen/dining utensils were all in working condition. There were issues however with climate control, furniture quality, and water pressure. Upon arrival the switch next to the door did not work, so when feeling around, I very nearly touched an exposed outlet at light switch height. The climate control in both the living room and bedroom are two window mounted AC units and two heating units (radiators most likely). The heat is perpetually set to on, so you need to turn the AC on to counteract the heat. Additionally, both couches, were unstable and of lower quality (as were all of the tables apart from the coffee table). Additionally, while the bathroom was very clean, the shower pressure was very weak (I don't believe this would be the fault of the host however, rather the building manager). Overall, this is a good place to stay if you're looking for something for a few nights, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a week."

"Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. Just missing (or we couldn’t locate) a cookie sheet and scissors but had all the other utensils we needed. House was nicely updated. Took the dogs on a walk through the surrounding neighborhood which felt safe. Within 12 minutes of the fields and many food/shopping areas. Able to wash our soccer gear using the washer/dryer. Did not really use the side porch. Access is from front door area and there is no fan and it is warm so we stuck to the backyard. Would highly recommend and would stay again."

"Did not stay even one night. Was charged anyway. The driveway, walkway and stairs were dangerously icy and poorly treated considering the weather. Moved to a hotel."
