Please note that this from the perspective of a westerner (Canada) — This was a very traditional Japanese resort. The baths and hot tub were great. Breakfast was a set menu and traditional Japanese fare — while it was an interesting experience, it was also very non-traditional for us. Best to have a vehicle when visiting here as town and restaurants are a 2 km walk or a $12-18 taxi ride. The staff were great and we communicated through a translation app, as most spoke no English and our Japanese is no better. This provided a truly immersive Japanese experience.

ハイシーズンだからかもしれませんが、値段に見合ってない施設だった。 清潔だし、接客が悪い訳ではないが、支払った金額に対して相応のものではなかった。この値段を支払うなら、アメリカやヨーロッパでももっと良いサービスを受けられる。

バス停城内坂から徒歩25分程度、田んぼに囲まれた田舎道を蛙の声を聞きながら歩いて到着。フロントの方の対応が親切でとても良かった。夜はロビーにて女将さんがドラムボーカルで生演奏ライブをされていた。サウナも滝見ができる露天風呂も良かった。館内の構造は建て増し温泉旅館風のため、ところどころ階段を使う必要がある。

フロントから、らせん階段を登り、さらにエスカレーターを上がつて、ようやく、お部屋のある各階に向かうエレベーターがあります。荷物持って螺旋階段は、お年寄りや小さい子ども連れにはキツいかなと。また、エスカレーター付近や各階の廊下には冷房がなく、めちゃ暑かったです。 食事はボリュームがあまりなく、特別なものはなかったです。 温泉は良かったですが、上記のとおり、大浴場から部屋までの廊下に冷房がかかってないので、部屋に戻るまでに汗が吹き出てしまいます。 スタッフの方はとても丁寧でした。

Ultimate relaxation environment! Staff extremely helpful even with language barrier the desk clerks went above and beyond to help us with travel arrangements, taxis, food delivery, and more. The breakfast was incredible with the servers and chefs kindly providing an ultimate Japanese experience. Everyone showed us kindness and genuine hospitality all the way to housekeeping and management. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an amazing getaway. Top notch! The in room onsen was serene. The general onsen gorgeous with beautiful waterfalls. Only topped by the genuine concern for our wellbeing 🙏

全体的には高評価です♡

１５時チェックイン予約でしたが、１８時頃の到着になってしまっても、とてもよい接客をしていただきました。 ただ、、、事前に色々確認しておきたくて、電話連絡した際に電話対応していただいた男性に関しては、、、ぶっきらぼうな感じがしてわたし的には嫌な印象をうけました。 他に関しては、清掃、館内の雰囲気、お部屋の快適さは良きでした。 あっ、ただ、部屋のベランダが少し汚い感じがしたのでそこだけ。。
