"Great place to stay! The internet could be faster. The room used Roku on the TV to log into your streaming services and was buffering A LOT the night I stayed there, so I just ended up watching something on my phone. Still giving it 5 stars because I can overlook something like that."

"We fished the Gunnison River 2 days and Uncompahgre River 1 day. The fishing was great and the drive from Montrose to Durango on 550 was beautiful. The Aspens were at their peak and awesome.The home was clean, comfortable and convenient."

"This is a very nice hotel. They do not serve food but there are dining options nearby within walking distance. They have a great bar and nice cocktails. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large enough for a small gathering of friends. The shower is open/walk in on one end, large, with a rain head, shower head and hand held sprayer. Turn on all three at the same time and it is luxurious! Staff was super friendly. I give this place 6 out of 5 stars. "

"We visited Black Canyon with our family and wanted to stay in Montrose. What a perfect VRBO for our family! We enjoyed playing pool and watching a movie in the theater room. Being in town made it easy to walk to everything and we enjoyed ordering pizza from the restaurant across the street. Cozy beds with lots of room to play and such a unique house - wonderful stay for our family adventure!"
