Two stories. Clean, pleasant, convenient location. Our only complaint--a minor one--is that it has no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage you carry it up the stairs. Then again, though, it's only two stories.

Our room was fine - clean and everything was there that we needed. Not sure why the heat was running in the building so high - we had to sleep w window open (AC units are too noisy). The back door of the property was open all the time, no card needed bc it was wide open. The poor lady working the breakfast did all she could to be helpful, but there was hardly room to sit, and the food area was so small. People were waiting quite a while for a seat, and to be able to access the food and drinks. There wasn't any juice avl and the coffee vs hot water wasn't marked/differentiated.

We were very happy with the room. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean. The air conditioning was a little bit noisy. The breakfast had some things to be desired. No juice if you didn't drink coffee, you were out of luck. Lack of fruit, but they did offer toast. some pastries, and of course, the waffles and yogurt. They had cereal but not enough milk. It was a minimal breakfast. What I stay there again yes.

This is a budget. Hotel Montrose is a good location towards the area if you’re on a budget. From here telluride and some of the other towns like ouray are feasible to drive. Don’t expect a lot, we have issues with our shower in our air conditioner lady at the front desk was friendly, but the gentleman not so much amenities were a little lacking.
