Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting and made our stay inconvenient. Please update your address and inform customers of the correct location for their stay. Many thanks, Marie

Room was clean and the property is well maintained. Downside is that i couldn't use the public bath as tattoos are not allowed.

Great hotel centrally located - only a short walk from Sapporo Station. The rooftop bath was really welcome after a long journey to Japan. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - especially the soup curry bar. We had three people so paying for a slightly larger room and a higher floor was worth the small upcharge. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We’re returning guests and was quite dissatisfied when two times needed information from front desk and no one could speak English. They tried their best to accommodate with talking into their tablet for translation, but not the same as speaking to a person directly. Also noticed since our last stay, the room seemed smaller because of the furo type bath area. It’s a novelty but I personally prefer a larger living room area. Just my opinion, would have been rated all excellent. We enjoyed our stay overall.
