"Signs to the property are faded and so is the location. Hard to tell if it was open on arrival. The bedding and bathroom were very clean but the room and location are just ok."

"Le Clos de Villeroy is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Our room was spacious and stylishly furnished as were the other common rooms in the hotel. An excellent breakfast was included. The lady who looked after us at check-in was very friendly and helpful. She gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant fir dinner. Certainly one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in!"

"Very clean and quiet. Feel like home. Beautiful and spacious. Only issue is restaurants nearby some not open on Tuesdays. So sad. Do not drive big car. It is street parking."

"This was perfect for us! We had just flown in from the US. This was our 1st night. We visited Fountainbleu and needed a comfortable room before we headed into Switzerland. This was it! Jean was very hospitable and friendly. Lovely homemade breakfast! Jacuzzi was a great way to wind down. Bed very comfortable. Communication fabulous. Highly recommend !!"

Needs work; run-down in some respects —e.g., no hot water in kitchen, front door doesn’t always lock & when it does can be hard to open. Clean, quiet, relaxing. "The room is really big and nicely appointed but the air con system was not working so it was way too hot inside. Unfortunately as it was a “party” quite late on the outside patio just below our room, sleeping with the window open was not an option. So we did not sleep well at all. After a long day driving, the was really disappointed We also had an issue with the shower but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the heat in the room Also, we booked this hotel because it was supposed to...
