"I read many reviews especially the lowest rated and honestly, I don't know what those folks were talking about. My family's suite for 5 people was 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 double bed pull out that was spacious and comfortable. The linens and pillows were good quality. Dinner at the restaurant was above average and serving sizes made it a good value. Breakfast ran till 11. The offering were wide and tasted good. Something for everyone. Expresso and coffee maker in the room, clean mini fridge, sink, and microwave. The staff was no better or worst than you would expect. During our stay the restaurant was closed but still serving in the conference room and the pool was reopen. The kids enjoyed the pool. Lastly, shuttle to the airport was smooth in the morning. We have literally no complaints and recommend it for anyone looking for easy transport to the Orly airport."

"Nice staff, breakfast and great amenities. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel room had many amenities including a dishwasher and 2 televisions. The breakfast had a variety of different food and drinks. I recommend this establishment as it is a great value for money."

"I know the shuttle service is the hotel itself, but I will say that the rude driver on Wednesday July 15th at 6pm not only ended up costing us $15 but also wasted an hour a a half of our time. He told us twice that we were supposed to take the Greenline which was incorrect and that he did not go to this Mercure location. After we wasted time waiting and waiting, we took the Greenline to the first stop and called an Uber to get to our hotel. Once we arrived at our hotel, there he was sitting in the shuttle playing on his phone. It took everything in me not go to up and yell at him. So, if you take the shuttle, pay attention to which shuttle is which one and don't listen to the driver. Once we arrived at the hotel however, everything was smooth. Super friendly staff, excellent dinner in the dining room, delicious wine and love the patio. We sat on the patio enjoying a glass of wine while watching the World Cup through the glass. I will say there isn't much near this hotel location but we didn't need to leave the hotel for anything for the night. It was great."
