"We had a smooth checkin and checkout experience. The hotel and the room was very clean. At the time of checking in, we mentioned we had a flight to catch early in the morning and we won’t be having breakfast from the hotel due to that. They were very thoughtful and gave us a breakfast to go when we checkout out early in the morning. "

"I absolutely loved the Novotel Cusco! The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The Novotel is located in the perfect location, quick ride to and from the airport, and a short walk to the main square in Cusco, tons of shopping & dining. Rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean, with extras like a mini bar for purchase. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance with tons of natural light, and the included breakfast was amazing. Most importantly, I felt safe here traveling as a solo female. "

"I could not be more impressed with this hotel. I chose JW Marriot in Cusco to celebrate my successful proposal with my now fiance. This hotel absolutely blew our minds and surpassed any expectation we had for hotels! I now have a new standard for what a hotel should be. The property is perfect, it's so clean I would have no trouble eating off the floor and our room was fantastic. The spa is beautiful, the food was excellent and the drinks were superb. All that being said, the absolute best part of our stay here was the staff. Every single person we interacted with were kind, attentive, and went far above and beyond what we would expect from them. They seemed genuinely happy to do their job and i cannot praise the staff enough for makimg our celebration so wonderful and special. We will never forget our stay at this hotel. The only thing that we were a little sad about was that the massage staff was booked out through the weekend so we were not able to secure an appointment for a deep tissue massage after our grueling 8 day hike through the Andes. I suppose that might be because they are also great at their jobs like the rest of the staff. Thank you soooo much for an experience we will never forget!!"
