"Staff is unbelievably great! Cave hotel is unique and beautiful. Urgup is a charming town. Ziggy's Restaurant next door is the best kept secret in Cappedocea! Only challenge is no AIr Conditioning in cave rooms so hot in the afternoon when it was very hot outside."

"The hotel is a two minute walk from the market place, which was a blessing, given that the hotel serves NO food whatsoever. And if NO is your favourite word, then do stay at this hotel, as the proprietor says NO to everything that you ask him for, from a sachet of apple tea to a shower cap.
