"It was a great hotel for the price, it was a bit far from the station and not many things to do around the area. If you want a cheap and good enough place to stay at for your trip to Nagoya I recommend it!"

"Came back a second night. Since we were still in the area another night. The new front staff were good. Bedding room and bathroom were all clean.
Room was still what I would call old/dated but well kept. Just not the carpet. Carpet was well stained, old and thread bare in places."

"It was a clean and confortable place, but anyway, I don't know why, there was nobody for my check-in, nor the six days I stayed there, I only saw work people there two times. So well, it's a good place, but if there's nobody to look after it, well, you can't ask for help or maybe end up sleeping over on the street. Also, in japanese night there's practically no streetlights and it was almost imposible to find the place (it's like hidden behind and enormous stone wall)"

"Our stay in Nagoya was made extra comfortable at this beautiful hotel. The staff helped us send our luggage to our next location and was very helpful."
"This was the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in! The lobby and common areas had an amazing view of the city. The ambience was so serene and calming. The sunrise view from our room was awesome. The room was clean and very well equipped. The hotel provided everything from cutlery (usually missing in most hotels) to a wireless speaker, to bath salts to even a coffee bean grinder. The only small complaint was that the space was very tight for a 3-single-bed configuration. The location was great too - Family Mart in the basement and plenty of shopping + eateries without even leaving the building. Would stay here again!"
"Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are very clean. We especially loved the lobby area—it's very spacious and kept our two young kids entertained for over an hour with board games and origami! The Japanese breakfast is also a must-try; it's delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!"
