"The worst experience. Room was on full air conditioning and staff had no idea what to do. Had to wear a hat and coat in the room. Restaurant was terrible and over priced. Waiter literally tossed my plate down and food was almost inedible. Airport shuttle was half hour late. Do not stay jere!"

"Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, die am Rhein entlang führt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Hotel hat keine richtige Rezeption, einchecken mussten wir im angeschlossenem Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ordentlich, allerdings in Zeiten von Corona nicht den Hygienestandards entsprechend. Alle Speisen konnten vom Buffet genommen werden, als gäbe es keine Pandemie. Es waren viel zu wenig Tische für die Gäste, die alle gedrängt vorm Eingang stehen blieben und warteten. Das hätte man...
