"Stained and stinky sofa bed. Unclear communication on check in/out process. Check in office was unstaffed at the time of check in. I don't think we'll stay at other Vacasa properties again. "

"Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. "Our stay was spectacular! The view and the scenery are incredible. Communication with the manager was quick and excellent. I had a wonderful time with my family; the house is very comfortable, well-furnished, and everything was spotless. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!"

"Great place to stay in copper mountain area. Large enough for our extended family group. The lodge met all of our needs for a summertime stay, with excellent hospitality. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay and felt like a home away from home. We saw a moose right off of the balcony and had fun hiking, biking and kayaking/paddle boarding in the area. "
"We were there for a wedding at the Aerie, so proximity to the gondola was important and the reason we booked it. We’re so glad we did! We absolutely loved the vibe of the condo—spacious, great views, and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission, but other than that, we had a great stay. We would definitely stay there again!"
