"I stayed at the Japanese Western Style room in the new wing. The room is clean and well-kept. However, it falls short of feeling luxurious. The floor felt like it was made of linoleum and it wasn’t laid out that smoothly. Also, the flow of the room feels a bit off. I chose the new wing because I wanted to try the panoramic bath. "There are no staff in the reception counter of here Jisco Hotel. At first thing you have to do when arrived at Obama is to pick the room key at Hamakan Hotel(2-3minutes by car from Jisco). Then, the front staff of Hamakan Hotel will tell you the way to entre to Jisco Hotel building and related items during stay. I was satisfied with the stay for the outstanding cleaness of Jisco Hotel's facilities. I didn't choice the plan which contains meals, but easily to access the convinience...

"Our tatami room was incredibly dirty, dusty and bathroom wS leaking n smelly. Bathroom near dining room, water leaked around the toulet when flushed. Sests stuck to dining room floors because floors were vrimy n sticky. When i showed the staff at the front desk, pictures of the grimy tib, they only apologizedand said the hotel is old. We have stayed in 400 yo lodgings in narita, rome and venice that were clean! I wish i could show u puctures that i took! "
