We got to dinning for breakfast, they said they can only give one breakfast and when booking paid for 2. There was no complimentary drinks in the room. The staff promise to do something and they did nothing."

"The Hotel and room were lovely. There was no one on Reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number and wait. The room itself was lovely. We then had a concern that the shower was not hot enough, and were told it would be looked into. The problem was not corrected."
