Clean spotless room. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Love the dual shower head to have the option for hand held. We loved the patio area off our room. We slept in so did not eat breakfast. We loved the noon checkout time as most hotels have checkout at 11am.

UNI family weekend

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Main Street( restaurants, bars, shopping.). Nice breakfast options. Nice staff. The room we stayed in was comfortable, temperature stayed cool, clean. Maybe could use some updates, like the carpet in the rooms, but overall a great stay!

We were visiting the University of Northern Iowa for us this was great because the downtown area was full of restaurants & shops from the hotel. Nice walking paths around the hotel-definitely would stay here again.

Staff not very welcoming. I thought I was in an old La Quinta or Motel 6. Very expensive hotel not to the standards of a Hampton Inn. Breakfast quality was low. Elevator floors all cracked and unswepted. Coffee or other stains on bed skirts. Comfortable beds. Just not worth $200 a night. Not clean.

Room was adequate - only thing I didn’t like was the barn door on the bathroom door. I’ll never understand this design decision for hotel bathrooms. Pool was on the small side- even for a hotel, no hot tub. Area around the pool was also small, not a lot of room to avoid the splashing kids. Area was nice, lots of restaurants and bars, so location was great. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Comfortable Room

We enjoyed our night in Cedar Falls while staying at the Hampton Inn. It was very clean and well organized. We also liked the bed - it was very comfortable. And the breakfast was AMAZING! It was a perfect way to start our day. Thanks for such a nice stay.
