While the warm welcome cookie is always a nice touch, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jordan. We had an unexpected and very late flight change, which presented a real problem for us regarding checkout. Jordan handled our situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understanding our dilemma, he went above and beyond to arrange a much-needed late checkout for us. This simple act of kindness and flexibility relieved so much stress and allowed us to relax and prepare properly for our extended travel day. Jordan's helpfulness truly turned a potentially frustrating situation into a pleasant and manageable one. It’s employees like him who make a hotel stand out. "Attended an event at the Shah Alam Theatre, so the primary reason for booking this was the location. Staff was friendly and helpful; the onsite food options were good and convenient. Didn't explore the area so cannot comment on it. Property is showing its age, and I hope the owners invest in an upgrade. Furnishings showed distress; carpet slightly worn; bathroom porcelain was colored; one elevator kept stalling. However, was pleased with the stay."
