"i would like a full refund and compensation, as i arrived to the place i phoned the number on the door as it was locked and was then told that all of the rooms were full and i would not be able to stay there, i therefore did not have accommodation that i had paid for but i also missed the event that i traveled from glasgow for which was a complete and utter waste of my time and money "
